She took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure everything was clear, and never made the experience feel rushed or pressured. My wife and I moved into the Durham area three years ago with a Civic and a CRV leased vehicle. We went to Clarington Honda and felt comfortable right away. We have re-leased new vehicles and a few months ago my wife got another Civic. Sadly, a few days ago, my wife passed suddenly. I called Clarington Honda to get out of the lease, expecting Honda Canada to impose cancelation penalties and a few hoops to jump through. But nothing could be further from that expectation. Mike Clayton, General Manager, Rhonda Seebransingh and Jeff Kerr went out of their way to complete this transaction in minutes. No hassle, no run around, just plain compassion and understanding. Mike ensured me that he would conclude the agreement, free and clear. I cannot thank these three lovely people enough. They were like family to me in this, the toughest time of my life. PS... Unrelated to this, I would like to add that Clarington Honda became a very valued sponsor in 2025 to Durham Ride for Dad (prostate cancer motorcycle charity) and Rhona has personally sponsored me for three years.
